The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that 90% of the careers today require an employee to have some type of college or continuing education training. Many women and men want to return to the workforce but need the proper training or a college education to advance in their careers or switch careers.

The popularity of online courses makes it possible for moms and dads to have flexible schedules for learning. Having a flexible schedule and learning from home allows parents to save money on babysitting.
The number of moms and dads who want to go back to school is increasing at an incredible rate; the problem is that the cost of college and job training is higher than ever.
