Alot of people are coming to me saying they are using an older or newer version of regular phpnuke.
Well firstly, i highly suggest you move to something a great deal more safer and secure. Such as You Must Register To View Links! No Activation Required!

which will also not have this image issue.
Anyway should you still be using regular phpnuke 7.5+ and have this issue, its quite an easy fix.
Follow below:
Open:
Config.php which is located in your nuke installs root folder along with files like mainfile.php
In the config.php find this line:

In-Line find:
After, add:
Save and upload.
This should now fix your image problem.
Remember to notice if your files use the double quote " " or the single quote ' ' as this will make a huge difference, and end up with a white screen.
